What is Waste Gasification?

Waste gasification is a thermal process that converts waste into energy by heating it in a controlled, oxygen-limited environment. Unlike incineration, gasification produces syngas that can be used for energy generation while minimizing emissions.

How It Differs from Landfilling and Incineration

Gasification operates at higher temperatures than incineration, resulting in more complete waste conversion and reduced emissions. Unlike landfilling, it eliminates the need for long-term storage and produces usable energy instead of methane emissions.
